WE OFFER DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. DOMESTIC TRACKED SHIPPING IS $15CAD. DOMESTIC TRACKED SHIPPING IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS $75+. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  WITH TRACKING IS $20CAD; INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES $150+ QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING. 

WE UTILIZE CANADA POST AS OUR SHIPPING PROVIDER (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SENT OUT, THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES AN EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER (IF PURCHASED). CANADA POST IS CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING A DELAY IN ORDERS - WHICH CAN ADD 3-15 ADDITIONAL DAYS TO TRANSIT TIMES. ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO PROCESSING TIMES OF 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. TO ENSURE YOU GET YOUR ORDER ON TIME WE SUGGEST TRACKED, EXPEDITED SHIPPING. ONCE AN ORDER HAS SHIPPED, BUNNY BOUTIQUE IS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER.

WE ALSO OFFER LOCAL PICKUP WITHIN THE GTA, WITH OUR PICKUP LOCATION IN OAKVILLE. OUR DELIVERY OPTION IS $10CAD, FREE ON ALL ORDERS $75+ IF THIS OPTION IS CHOSEN AT CHECKOUT. OUR DELIVERY OPTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO ADDRESSES WITHIN A 20KM RADIUS OF OUR FACILITY; THIS INCLUDES: OAKVILLE, MISSISSAUGA, MILTON, BURLINGTON, AND BRAMPTON. IF CUSTOMERS OPT FOR DELIVERY OF THEIR ORDER, AN INITIAL SHIPMENT EMAIL WILL BE SENT, BUT NO TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE AVAILABLE. AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL PROVIDED WITH THE ORDER WITH PROOF OF DELIVERY. PLEASE NOTE, AT THIS TIME, DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR APARTMENT BUILDINGS. 

IF AN ORDER GETS RETURNED TO OUR FACILITY DUE TO INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, IT IS UP TO THE CUSTOMER TO INCUR SHIPMENT COSTS TO HAVE IT SENT BACK TO THEM. WE ALSO OFFER LOCAL PICKUP AND CUSTOMERS MAY OPT FOR THIS OPTION WHEN RETRIEVING THEIR ORDER. 

REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, THE BUYER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER. IF THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED OUT, THE ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELED. YOU MAY SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST, HOWEVER THERE IS NO GUARANTEE IT WILL BE APPROVED. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE HANDLED ON A CASE-TO-CASE BASIS, AND MAY NOT EXCEED A 30 DAY PERIOD AFTER THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

 

THE FIRST STEP TO SUBMITTING A RETURN REQUEST IS TO SEND US AN EMAIL AT INFO@SHOPBUNNYBOUTIQUE.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR RETURN. IF APPROVED, THE CUSTOMER IS TO TAKE CARE OF SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK TO OUR FACILITY WITH TRACKED SHIPPING.PLEASE FORWARD THE TRACKING NUMBER TO US VIA EMAIL.

THE ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNWORN.
